Acisa and Tec Mobile Become the First Sponsors of the Santo André Technology Park

The event, held at the Center for Innovation, Technology, and Entrepreneurship, also marked the launch of a new Acisa initiative aimed at connecting ideas, businesses, and stakeholders in the regional ecosystem

Santo André, April 20, 2026 – In a move that reinforces the private sector’s role in strengthening the innovation ecosystem, the Santo André Technology Park will have Acisa (Santo André Commercial and Industrial Association) and Tec Mobile as its first sponsoring organizations. The official announcement took place during an Acisa event at the Center for Innovation, Technology, and Entrepreneurship, which also marked the launch of the Association’s Connect Innovation Environment.

The announcement, made last week, is of strategic importance to the Park, as it positions Acisa and Tec Mobile as companies that will now directly support the Park’s infrastructure and initiatives, contributing to the strengthening of the Innovation Center. More than just hosting the launch of a new initiative by the Association, the meeting marked a concrete step toward strengthening the support network for the Park and its role as a facilitator of connections between companies, institutions, universities, entrepreneurs, and government agencies.

“The entry of Acisa and Tec Mobile as the first sponsors of the Santo André Technology Park represents an important step forward in consolidating a development model based on partnerships with the private sector. We are strengthening an ecosystem that connects companies, universities, and government, expanding the city’s capacity to generate innovation, attract investment, and create new job and income opportunities,” says Mayor Gilvan Ferreira.

“This initiative is fully in line with our economic development policy, which aims to improve the business environment, increase the competitiveness of companies, and foster an entrepreneurial culture in the municipality,” notes Evandro Banzato, Secretary of Economic Development and Job Creation.

During the event, leaders involved in regional development emphasized the importance of expanding connections between institutions, companies, and entrepreneurs to drive new opportunities in the ABC region. In this context, Evenson Dotto, president of Acisa, highlighted the initiative’s potential to strengthen the region. “The Association always stands by entrepreneurs and supports their needs. This is an extremely important project that will greatly contribute to business growth, the emergence of new ideas, and the strengthening of our region’s innovation ecosystem,” says Dotto.

The announcement that Acisa and Tec Mobile will serve as sponsors of the Innovation Center symbolizes the advancement of a model that seeks to expand the private sector’s participation in strengthening the local innovation ecosystem.

For Evandro Barros, co-owner of Tec Mobile, initiatives like this strengthen the region’s innovation ecosystem. “I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to make Tec Mobile one of the sponsors of the Technology Park, because I believe every entrepreneur has a responsibility to be engaged with the community where their business operates—not only by creating jobs, but also by supporting initiatives that foster personal development, a better business environment, and greater innovation and technology. In this way, as each entrepreneur and citizen acts effectively and consistently at the local level—creating opportunities, fostering growth, and transforming people’s mindsets—we will build a much better country within a few decades,” he says.

The opportunity for other companies to join this movement remains open. The sponsor program was designed to bring together organizations interested in supporting the Santo André Technology Park, contributing to the sustainability of its initiatives, and participating more actively in building an environment focused on innovation, collaboration, and regional development. With infrastructure designed to foster innovation and foster connections among different stakeholders, the Center for Innovation, Technology, and Entrepreneurship continues to establish itself as a leading venue for meetings, projects, and initiatives that contribute to a more dynamic, integrated, and future-ready ecosystem.
