DEVELOP NEW SKILLS FOR THE JOB MARKET
Training is an essential part of building a more innovative, connected, and resilient ecosystem.
The courses and workshops are designed for a variety of audiences, including educators, students, entrepreneurs, professionals, startups, and institutions interested in expanding their skills, experimenting with new methodologies, and applying innovative solutions in real-world contexts.
The training activities are conducted by the Savoya Program’s technical team and partners from the Santo André Technology Park, as part of the activities of the Escola de Ouro Andreense.
Practical Workshop on Prompt Engineering
Participants learn how to structure more effective prompts by aligning the objective, audience, and style, and practice ways to improve AI responses through testing, adjustments, and refinements.
The activity also explores practical applications for studies, projects, planning, content creation, and organizing ideas, with a focus on the ethical, critical, and safe use of technology.

Product Design for Real-World Solutions
Participants gain hands-on experience with real-world challenges in physical product development, linking product design to various technological fields.
From user needs to design requirements, the workshop covers ergonomics, usability, prototyping, production optimization, and practical testing. At the end, it presents a project developed at the Technology Park, from start to finish.

Audience: Ages 16 and up
Duration: 2 hours in person + 2 hours of digital course

Requirements: Basic interest in product design, innovation, and/or technology
Certificate requirements: Attendance at the workshop and completion of the online course
TECH & AI Course – Business Computing with Artificial Intelligence
The technical course combines theory and practice, with activities that include case studies, problem-solving, simulations of administrative routines, and the use of digital tools and artificial intelligence. The course is offered by the Department of Education, through the Adult Education Program (EJA), the Santo André Technology Park, and the Foundation for the Support of the Municipal University of São Caetano do Sul (Fauscs). New classes will begin soon.
Course load: 180 hours
Dates: Tuesdays and Fridays, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Target audience: Ages 15 and older
Requirements: Must be a resident or employee of the municipality of Santo André, with a minimum education level of completion of Elementary School II
