The Innovation Center’s Advanced Manufacturing Laboratory supports the development of technologies, prototypes, and demonstrators aimed at enhancing industrial competitiveness, particularly in the metalworking, tooling, and industrial manufacturing sectors.

His work plays a strategic role in the development of solutions related to Industry 4.0, additive manufacturing, reverse engineering, process optimization, and the development of new materials and geometries for production.

ADVANCED MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGIES

The laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment for metal additive manufacturing, hybrid CNC laser cutting, laser welding, and high-energy deposition, supporting industrial research and development projects.

DEVELOPMENT AND PROTOTYPING

The facility supports the creation of parts, tools, prototypes, and technology demonstrators, as well as the development of new materials and solutions for industrial applications.

REVERSE ENGINEERING AND VALIDATION

Equipped with a 3D scanner and specialized capabilities, the lab allows users to scan components, analyze geometries, reproduce parts, and validate solutions in a controlled environment prior to industrial application.

The Santo André Technology Park Laboratories are shared spaces dedicated to the development of research projects, innovation, prototyping, technology validation, training, and the demonstration of solutions.
Access is granted through programs, projects, calls for proposals, public calls, institutional partnerships, consortia, technology outreach initiatives, or by submitting open innovation requests.
